Who is the National Society of Environmental Consultants?
The
National Society of Environmental Consultants (NSEC) is a professional organization dedicated to the professional development of members in environmental education and information. NSEC awards members several designations based on required education, an examination, presentation of a demonstration report and agreement to abide with stringent Standards of Professional Conduct. These designations are the ESC - Environmental Screening Consultant and the EAC Environmental Assessment Consultant.
The National Society of Environmental Consultants (NSEC) was organized in response to the growing need for professional services in the assessment of environmental risks. Since 1992 NSEC has grown to include approximately 1,000 trained members in 47 states, the District of Columbia, Canada and Russia.
